10 Trends that Will Still be in Next Holiday Season

1.) Intarsia Sweaters- This is a knitting technique used to create patterns by inlaying multiple colors to create graphics & patterns. Critter graphics, dresses up animals, hearts and stars will be everywhere!

2.) Metallics- both in tops and bottoms, metallic colors were big on the runway, mixed with prints, embellishments & details!

3.) All over print sweaters- Will still have a huge trend influence! It's not too late to add to the collection & reuse next year! Prints/patterns are super easy to mix together, completing a fun holiday look without accessories!

4.) The iinfinity scarf- So comfy & cozy! Neutrals match every outfit, and brights are a great addition to a neutral outfit. Love these with tanks, tees and long sleeves.

5.) Moto jackets- The grunge/rebel look continues to play an important part, especially through the continuation of moto jackets. Chances are you probably already have one in black/tan- go for a pop of color like red, navy or fuchsia.

6.) Bold stripes and color blocking- Stripes are an effortless way to add detail to your look! I love black & white, or pastels mixed with white! Stripes continue everywhere- so it's safe to continue to buy!

7.) Buffalo checks- These are a bold blocked pattern, usually with 2-3 contrasting colors. Red & black is everywhere this year, and will still be relevant next year! A lot of stores carry more of this in Men's- you can score a great Men's scarf and turn into your own creative look!

8.) Tartan Patterns- This traditional Scotland look is interpreted in many different colors & patterns. My favorite preppy style, which can be dressed up or worn very casual. Both tartan and buffalo checks have gained popularity and will continue to next year.

9.) Leg warmers- with leggings and boots oe booties! So comfortable and a easy way to dress up any look for work or date night. There are so many unique leg warmers out there- check etsy or pinterest for something different!

10.) All over lace, lace inserts or placed cutouts are inspired by vintage 50's & 60's, making any outfit pretty and feminine. Details and embellishments are key players to completing the look- love!

It can seem like a waste buying towards the end of a season- but these fun things will carry over until next year- hopefully you can still incorporate these into the holiday season, then tuck away for next year! Thanks for reading!
